About Us
Welcome to UK Water Softeners: Established in 1995, we have been in the water treatment business for many years, installing and selling all sorts of water treatment products. Due to the DIY nature of the products and our worldwide distribution, we now concentrate on sales and supply of the very best value for money products available rather than installation. Over the years we have identified the most reliable effective and value for money water treatment products that will satisfy the need of householders to pay less for the best. To achieve this we have focused on products that are of very high quality and that have been proven and tested by us. We have managed to reduce costs to an absolute minimum by implementing the following: Products must have a long manufacturer's parts warranty to ensure that after sales services costs are kept to an absolute minimum.
Advertising costs must be limited to the internet only (no catalogues or flyers etc.)
No retail outlets (internet sales only)
Products must be easy and not too expensive to install and be DIY friendly.
We have always built our water softeners with Autotrol controllers from the USA, these controllers are second to none and the 5 year parts warranty speaks for itself. We recently upgraded all of our water softener controllers to the digital Logix Time and Metered (740 - 760) series and due to the volume of sales, we were able to retain the same very low retail prices.
